lovely company to work with. great on speed of calls and service. stairlift is good and the fact that you can rent it is even better as only really needed for a couple of months after operation. would recommend this company.
Waste of time
Was called. Told me they don’t cover Sunderland. Will pass my details to another company and till date no one has called. Very very poor and wasted my time. Sorry to say
The seat didn’t turn off all 90° at the top of the stairs I have reported this fault and I’m awaiting a response from your installation team
my Caret does not want me using it without her being in the building which is restricting my use of the stair lift

Awfully EXPENSIVE for Acorn 130. I don’t think I really want to know “actual cost” before mark-ups, etc.
