Whilst the primary aim to care for my wife is very good living in house with a carer who is not a British National is difficult. Their ways are different to yours and at times can be stressful. It needs patience to cope.

The initial visit with our local representative was very helpful. He explained the entire process to me, drew detailed plans for the permitting process, and delivered a price on the spot. Unfortunately, it was not what I had anticipated so I had to decline the product. However, a few days later I received a call from the head office and after discussing options and features, we were able to come to a mutually satisfying financial arrangement. I called to get some information, no one would help unless I had a visit/demo, you called about 10 times a day for about 3 weeks, it was like being stalked. This is a product I need and have purchased from another company. Very unpleasant experience
I do not currently have a water softener fitted, may consider installing on in a month or two.
