My father planned ahead during his fight with cancer and had a stair lift installed for £2500. Within 4 weeks of the installation my father passed away and NEVER used his stairlift. We were offered £336 to buy the lift back!! This was disgusting as I know that it would have just been sold on as it was brand new and never used. I would never recommend this company.
The only positive thing I can say is the installation engineer was professional.
Hi, would like to say that installation guy Ben F was very friendly, helpful & very tidy. Eventually got job done within a few days but could not complete everything as another guy had to come back 2 weeks later to install bigger outside box for water softner & to fix hole in wall.
Really pleased with the finished stair lift and cost.
A few hiccups on the day of installation due to bad communication of what was required.
Engineer did a good job but was not given enough time to dedicate to old people and tried to cut a few corners to get on to the next job.
Acorn need to devote a bit of time to the installation and customer care when we made a complaint.
Very comfortable and love the massage!
