Love being able to sit and have my chair take me upstairs when energy levels are at their lowest. My mind, being convinced I’m not going to fall down the steps as my lift chair is going to take me down stairs.
From start to finish Acorn were five star, should have done this years ago thanks to everyone.
Not impressed by the fact that the chair parks across the stairs. You have fold the arms seat and then turn the chair to allow passage. This inconvenient but does become barrier if the person has a problem and requires assistance.
It was all OK but follow up service not very helpful
Honest cost estimate. Speedy installation. Engineers that installed the lift were very professional and caring.
After installation care and monitoring. I keep recommending Acorn.
The gentleman that visited me was very informative and pleasant. Although I will not be able to purchase as everything that the 3 companies that visited were too expensive but the quality of his visit was excellent!
