Not as good as my old stair lift I had for 25 years
The agent who saw us at home to tell us what lifts were available was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered any questions which we had.
The technician/engineer who fitted the stairlift was very pleasant. He cleaned up after himself, although there was hardly any mess. The installation didn’t take very long and he showed us how to operate the stairlift . We were very happy with it all.
Very capable worker installed my stair lift. It’s easy to operate, and is a very welcome way to get upstairs to my flat.
Its been 3 weeks surveyor approved everything, but no one called or showed up until now.
Not sure if they even remember that they need to instal my water softener
