8am on a Sunday morning. Fitter (Gary) arrived as agreed. Work started and completed by 9.30. No mess, no bother. Excellent job done. A fine ambassador for the company. Excellent, clear instructions on use given before he left. Stairlift a godsend as I'd not been upstairs for 3 months.
Can't speak highly enough of the service - 4 days from order to completion!
Building no ready yet but Stiltz appear to be a competent supplier so we have placed an order with them.
The chair had the wrong colour cover we had asked for but the company came back a few days later and changed it, but overall they were very quick and tidy and we are very pleased with the chair.
