It has changed my life. Now I can go upstairs multiple times a day without struggling. Quick response to my initial enquiry, representative came out within days and the fitter within a week. Chris (fitter) certainly knew what he was doing. It was fitted within two hours with minimal disruption. I can't imagine life without it now. Thank you Stannah.

The rack is misaligned at one joint and the conveyor unit jumps when passing.
Was given a time scale for delivery and installation which was accurate. Date of installation arranged and time window given - engineer arrived well inside an installed very quickly.
Remarkably tidy too and clearly expert at fitting.
