I found the costumer service staffs and the engineer both very helpful and provided me with a timely installation of the softener machine. I was very impressed with engineer, he showed me the PPM and water hardness in our property. Came to fit new lift after being ordered 3days. Stairlift didn't work so engineer aborted staying because had to pick child up from school. 90yr old disabled person was left with no Stairlift for a week . Customer services and resolve team all just gave lip service not returning calls. Ask if any compensation on price would be given but never got reply. Invoice was sent for remaining cost before they came back to fit new one.

My husband passed away 9 days after the 14 days period. I paid £2750 for 23 days. They had to take the bannister off to put the stair lift in. They never put the bannister back again when removed. I am not entitled to any refund .I feel let down .

Consistently leaked in cupboard . Blown part of the cupboard circus and one hinge completely rusted. Will be cancelling soon.
