I am hustled to pay this. A friend has the same make ,for some time now and is appalled at this amount as hers is far less. I am an elderly pensioner living by her self with no family living close..

This company left me with one remote control when two were specified. They have ignored repeated attempts to get the second remote.
The Brooks 180 Curve stairlift is OK but may not be suitable for shorter people. The height from the top of the footrest to the seat surface is over 19 inches and this is not mentioned on the dimensions diagram where “seat height” is given as 17 inches. That is the height of the seat back!
I wouldn't buy anything only a Harvey.
Don't go for a cheap one.
