When the stairlift was fitted the person fitting it did not stop at all he just wanted to get the stairlift fitted asap so that I could use it and the stairlift has certainly improved things for me and made my life easier it was certainly worth the money I have paid
I have only had the stairlift for 6 days but I am so far very happy with it.
The installer was considerate and respectful of the property .He explained the procedure to operate the stair lift.
Wiring was placed under a carpet and adjacent to a door threshold. It should have been installed into a conduit for proper protection. Hence, I’ll have to employ an electrician to retire it correctly.
I won’t use this company again
