What a relief in negotiating the stairs!
As a younger disabled person I am a bit disappointed in the speed of the stair lift. I understand the whole safety thing but I will be asking another engineer to visit again to hopefully turn up the dial and reduce my frustration.
Apart from that, the system works really well and is aesthetically good.
Woman who came to measure my stairs was excellent. Man who installed was neat and efficient.

Extremely expensive for nothing basically, 2k for a machine this must be illegal. On top of this you have to pay for installation. Who pays this must be crazy. You can find similar machines for 400-500£ and does the same thing.
I purchased a four motor leather waterfall design recliner chair, I am really pleased with it, it is perfect in every detail, it is very comfortable, you can fine tune it so that it is perfect for just you.
My mum is over the moon with her stairlift, it has made so much difference to her to be able to carry on as normal.

I was try to order the water softener for my home, they promised to get back to me with quotation and installation time, however there is no one ring back and following up with no reason.
