I can’t speak too highly of Acorn. Their company were absolutely wonderful. One enquiry provided me with a very friendly salesman within a couple of days. He was honest and open about the product with no nonsense saleschat. He came on the Monday, measuring up and getting a price within the hour. I accepted the price as being reasonable and fair and placed an order. Three days later on the Thursday a great young chap arrived and fitted the stairlift. You couldn’t ask for better service than that.
The stairlift sold to us was not suitable and customer service to deal with this was poor. Lots of lengthy phone calls required and incredible statements made such as that they could not email me!

When engineer's turned up they rang first very polite and quick at the install, the. Fully explained how it worked and made sure I tested it before they left would definitely recommend Stannah
