Excellent company with well stocked showrooms and helpful staff. Very quick delivery if you choose stock items but a few weeks wait if you don't. My riser/ recliner is perfect and came within 5 days.
Have trouble with raising feet. Can’t hear clicks.

Although the chair is adequate it does not allow the foot rest to come up fully without the back reclining which is what we wanted.

Had about 6 weeks of use before my back began aching. Not had any issues with my back since my work seating was changed and HSL rise/ recliner was purchased. Needed new one and shopped around. BIG MISTAKE
Scooter problems coming home. Phoned shop. Man came out rescued me and scooter. Far beyond good service. Brought 3 new ones following day to try. New one chosen. Delivered next day. Excellent and nice extra charge
