Came to house with trainee who Measured stair lift wrong, came with no plug or fuse had to reorder the rail which customer service lied to us about manufacturing time, lied to us about installation time, assured us would phone back that day another lie. When they finally got round to fitting it the second time the fitter brought his child in the van and didn't bring a grab rail. It took them three times to complete the simple job of fitting a stairlift.I'd never recommend anyone use handicare wh
