The original information was very comprehensive. The response to my request for the survey was very speedy and the fitting time from my acceptance to installation was amazing.
The installation was speedy and clean and the tuition usage excellent. Not the cheapest but I would thoroughly recommend them.

Can’t say at this moment as I have not yet ordered a lift. Have had a site survey. Looks hopeful it can be fitted where I want it, but I have deferred the decision for the time being but hopefully in the future I will order one.

Our stair lift was installed the day before my husband unexpectedly died in hospital after a fall. Acorn had been very quick to install the lift, ordered on Thursday, installed on Monday following. Both sales and installation staff were very helpful and understanding.
On contacting Acorn to ask for the removal of the lift, everyone was again wonderful. It was removed within the week and money repaid within 2 weeks.
I can recommend Acorn with no hesitation.
