I was advised during installation that, based on my average use, one pack salt per month as a maximum. The reality is I am using one pack per fortnight and when I tried to query this with the company, I have had no response.
Only had my chair a week a lot easier for getting in and out of finding it comfortable.

Had this stair lift fitted prior to my husband coming home from hospital having had a bad stroke. My Husband had a home visit some three weeks later with his care team, who discovered the chair lift was not fit for purpose as the seat would not swivel to the right in a very narrow hallway, but as it was past their two week return, would not allow me a refund so I am now stuck with it.
