Could not have asked for more and no ptessure
I was impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of the installing engineer, who had to complete the inspection during other works being undertaken which hindered his progress to some extent. He left a sound and efficient working stairlift.
I spoke to two other manufacturers and one gave me a bid over the phone which struck me as odd and the second stopped responding to my information requests when I asked for pricing and term of their warranty extension policy. Leaf although the most expensive offered the best warranty and had the most responsive sales staff. I felt that if a company wouldn’t talk to me when they were trying to get my money, how would they be after they got it?
I think one should be made more aware of the fact that you need to buy 20inch depth sheets for the single mattress., which not many shop sell. Also the beds are quite low, if you suffer from back problems (like me) they are a nightmare to make up.
I didn't feel l was pushed into ordering anything l was given plenty of time.

Customer service is great , nothing is too much trouble.
I have not yet purchased one because I am selling my single story home and am considering buying a two story home. Until I do, I won't need one.
