the bed is great however the mattress is not so good if i were to buy a second one i would get the matters from other supplier
I was extremely pleased with the service I received
First install appointment cancelled.
Second appointment re-scheduled for 12.30 - 2.30.
The engineer arrived 9.30 a.m.
Also day before I was working and was sent a message asking where the machine was going and to send photos. Was unable to do this until I arrived home. Prior to sending got another message chasing for reply.
Pricy, took 4 visits to make work correctly, extended insurance very expensive.
My condition improved and I no longer use the stairlift. Acorn were absolutely not interested in taking it back. They had however been ringing me frequently and quite aggressively trying to sell me servicing.
Rather noisy massage, bed very comfortable softer than expected
Speedy delivery chair does what it says pleased with chair
Has been a God send
