I really need a different type of lift. For outdoors & can carry me and my wheelchair up and down some very steep and narrow stairs.
Excellent chair, rubbish delivery service. Great customer service even though we did sort most of the problem ourselves, but a very helpful Mia. I still think that the chair was overpriced but it is extremely comfortable and that’s the main thing.

FROM: MR PETER WORSNIP. JOB NUMBER 656110. ASSEMBLED 14/4/25. I AM WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE FACTORY ABOUT COLLECTING THE BED AND MATTRESS ASAP. AS DISCUSSED THE MATTRESS IS NO WAY THE SAME AS THE ONE SHOWN ON THE DEMONSTRATION PRECEDING THE ORDER. IT IS FAR TOO SOFT. I FIND IT INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THE FIRM TO ARRANGE A COLLECTION OF THE BED/MATTRESS. A REFUND OF £3500 IS URGENTLY REQUESTED. MR PETER WORSNIP
